The Meadow

There is a small open meadow with bright green grass, sometimes cats come here just to relax. Its rather safe around as its rather close to the warrior den and no one dares to mess with FlameClan's mighty strong and fierce warriors!

Even kits are allowed here but are advised to stay close to the heart of the clan as there could be a fox lurking near by..

*Runs in, feeling the wind through my fur*
*Stops and glances around, searching for danger. Smiles and pads over to a small log, leans up against it and waits for someone else to come near*

MoonStar padded in, feeling the grass beneath her paws. 'Ahh.. I love it here in the meadow'

Hollypaw: *Followed in after MoonStar, she put her nose to the ground and touched the bright green grass with her nose* I like the meadow too. Its so wide and big./

MoonStar nodded, pricking her ears up and scenting for danger. 'The meadow is relatively safe too. The warriors are always patrolling this area. Let's head over there, to that big old shadey tree' Said MoonStar.
MoonStar padded off towards the big old tree.

Hollypaw: *Nods and follows MoonStar over to the big tree*

MoonStar brushed her pelt up against the old shadey but burnt tree. 'This tree is called the great oak tree. It marks where the fire started.'
MoonStar sat down on the ground, her eyes locked on the tree, she smiled and quickly glanced over at Hollypaw. 'Sit down and get comfortable, I'll tell you about this tree'

Hollypaw: *Looked at the big tree, her eyes wide* woiw. *she sat downa nd looked at MoonStar* Okay, tell me about the tree.

'Well, many many many moon's ago, before i was born. FlameClan didn't exist, back then it was called SkyClan. SkyClan only had a small clearing and the rest was forestry. The leader at the time was HoneyStar, a beautiful golden she-cat with crystal blue eyes. The deputy was PantherHeart, a fierce but loyal she-cat with a tongue as sharp as her claws. One day, the weather must have been extremely hot, a fire broke out in the forest of SkyClan. Everything was destroyed and burnt to a crisp. Only a few cats survived, one of those was PantherHeart who soon became PantherStar. She searched the land and gathered all the cats she could that were left from the fire. Just over the SkyClan border was this tree, it was burnt but still standing. No cat had claimed the land near it. So PantherStar did and while she was at it, she renamed SkyClan to FlameClan.'

Hollypaw: Wow.. Scary,. I'm glad that PantherStar found us some new land.

MoonStar nodded, 'So am i, Hollypaw. Come on, Let's head back to the training hollow'

TigerStride trudged through the snowy ground and ran towards the middle of the clearly, he sniffed and faintly smiled. He glanced around, searching for prey. He saw something brown bouncing about in the snowy ground. He crept towards it, his tail flickering low to the ground, the large gingery brown tom lunged forward and pounced on the rabbit, he swiped it with his razor claws, leaving the rabbit dead. TigerStride scooped it up in his mouth then ran off.
